Exchanges and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the jersey, we will issue an exchange or full refund. You may request this within 14 days of the date of delivery by emailing us at support@commafootball.com. Please note that after 14 days have passed from the date of delivery, we are unable to offer the guarantee.

This guarantee does not apply for incorrect order details, such as the wrong size or incorrect addresses. Please make sure you double check your order before you place it to avoid any issues!

All sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or returned.

Note: Customers that use the Money Back Guarantee are not permitted to re-purchase the jersey originally ordered. 

Damages and Defects

If there are factory defects or damage during shipping, we offer exchanges with paid return shipping, or full refunds. These things are extremely rare, but the reality is that they do happen sometimes. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with instructions to track your order. 

If your package appears to be "stuck" in the same location for a few days, it could be due to a courier delay. 

However, if your package has not arrived within 2 weeks after the tracking information shows that it was "delivered," please contact us immediately.

Please note that if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as we have fulfilled our responsibility by shipping out your order to the address provided. In these situations, the package will be returned to our warehouse after 4-6 weeks, upon which we can reship it to you for a small fee.
